Powerful, bright lights and indicators

To ensure the safety of all drivers, the KickScooter is equipped with front, rear and brake lights (LED). The front light has a brilliant and non-glare 9W LED, as well as LED DRL (Daytime Running Light) during your ride: they are designed to make your vehicle more visible in bright conditions and during the day. The LED DRL is automatically switched on when you start your KickScooter.

In addition to the lights, the GT1E comes with built-in front and rear turn signals for the first time in the brand’s KickScooter history, so you can ride safely. And if that’s not enough, there are also certified reflectors on the front, rear, and sides, so you can be seen more easily in low-light conditions.

Safety and comfort thanks to the large tires

The Segway GT1E comes with self-healing large 11-inch pneumatic tires (with a jelly layer inside the tire) that offer a lower risk of punctures and require less maintenance. The tires have a 92 mm wide profile, which allows for heavy use, better durability on any surface and also more stability during your ride.

Besides the comfort of your ride, your safety is also our priority. The GT1E takes KickScooter riding to another level with its two independent brakes controlled by a single level: the rear wheel has Electronic Anti-lock Braking System (E-ABS); and the front wheel has a disc brake, combined with the front and rear double-arm suspension (similar to the front suspension used in supercars). The combination of these brakes provides more stability and safety in your commute.

Premium Colored LED Dashboard and Anti-Theft Function

The GT1E features a stylish colored LED dashboard that displays all essential details about your KickScooter. Check battery level, indicators, headlight status, progress bar, and riding mode at a glance. How cool is that? Use the Segway-Ninebot APP to lock or unlock your KickScooter and activate the anti-theft function.

• After 3 seconds of movement, the KickScooter triggers an alarm with flashing lights.
• If movement continues, it beeps for 10 seconds. If moved again within 60 seconds, the beeping won’t stop.

When unlocked, the KickScooter switches off automatically after 10 minutes of inactivity to conserve energy.

Drive through any terrain

The powerful rear-wheel drive of the GT1E lets you drive on any kind of rough terrain. The KickScooter has a power of 3000W and a climbing angle of up to 23%. All the more reason to go on an adventure! You can adapt your GT1E to your driving environment, as it comes with 3 driving modes (Eco, Sport and Race), a Walk mode especially for pedestrian areas, and the new Park mode. The parking mode stops your KickScooter after more than 5 seconds of driving or if you have not driven for more than 20 seconds, allowing you to save more energy when you continue driving.

Smart Battery Management System (BMS)

The GT1E comes with a larger and more efficient Li-ion battery designed with an airflow heat dissipation system to prevent your batteries from overheating and therefore extending the battery life. The Segway GT1E has a battery capacity of 1008Wh and takes up to 11 hours to fully charge, but you don’t have to worry about your KickScooter stopping mid-fun because when fully charged it has a range of up to 70km! Charging your KickScooter is very easy thanks to the easy access charging port located on the running board.

Sturdy design and safe suspension

The GT1E is designed with heavy-duty and multi-terrain use in mind. To be able to carry loads of up to 150 kg without any problems, the KickScooter is built with aircraft-grade aluminum, featuring a high-end front and rear suspension system, combined with adjustable damping (on both the front and rear suspension) to ensure a ride that can handle any terrain. Furthermore, the 11-inch tires and low center of gravity thanks to the placement of the batteries in the footboard provide unmatched stability.
