Segway has some of the best quality unrivaled by any other electric scooter brand. Speed and acceleration are very accurate, but the range is typically 10-20 percent less than advertised. Other than that, great product that I would recommend to many.

The Rolls Royce of scooters, this thing is built like a tank, it’s so stable at any speed. I’ve never felt uncomfortable at high speeds with this beast. I just wish it had a bigger battery so I could ride longer

Thank you so much Segway-Scooters! This is probably the greatest purchase I have ever made! This scooter is such an upgrade for what you get it for. Dual suspension great for off-road. The max speed of 31 mph is great, and I love the quick charge of about 5 hours. I do wonder how good these scooters can get!

Got my GT3 last week, shipping did take a while since the carrier had a “resortation” error (their words) – not Segway’s fault. The shipping box was a bit torn in a few spots but the scooter was packed well and had no damage or scratches. As others have mentioned, the GT3 is a TALL scooter with impressive ground clearance (ride off sidewalks with ease) and tall handlebar but is very comfortable and a good height once riding. Build quality is superb with a metal bar going around the bottom deck of the scooter for strength. Features I really like, Security locking features (I use a combination sequence of brake levers and the 2 round gray switches to unlock — that’s cool) — Ease of firmware updates — Traction Control works well in the rain (don’t ask how I know 🙂 ) — separate day time running head light and main light with low/high beam settings, front and rear signal lights, Boost Mode is great for hills or just having fun starting at a stop (must be in “Race” mode) — the suspension is firm and not adjustable but you never feel unsafe cornering, hitting cracks in the street or going at the max speed of 31MPH (which I can confirm it hits) — the deck is wide and long for those with size 11/12 shoes or higher — Controls are easy to operate with gloves (which I wear all the time) — charging is fast and easy with full charge details on the display (showing percentage and time remaining to charge which is great) — Segway mobile app works well on Android (my platform) with lots to customize but I do like not needing the app once I have all the settings configured to my liking. I’ve had the GT3 for 8-days now and really look forward to riding when I get home from work and the weekend. No regrets with the price, features, or build quality. I love the outdoors with cycling (e-bikes and traditional bikes) being my primary hobby. This is my 1st e-scooter and am happy I chose Segway. We also bought a Segway Max G2 in Jan of this year and that is an amazing and sturdy product as well.

Awesome! Not too fast not too slow. I have a 10 mile round trip commute and is just perfect on battery charge and time to get there. Is a little tall for me since I’m 5’5” but once you’re on the scooter is perfect height at the handlebars. The Superscooter GT3 has a high suspension for off road and stepping off the curb. I chose Segway because is a reliable product and has been in the market for a while and figured they have worked out all the kinks.

Coming from the Boosted Rev, I was looking for something that could keep up with my work as a photographer, especially when covering neighborhoods, parks, and facilities. The GT3 has been a game-changer! It gets me from point to point in seconds without the hassle of parking. The technology really sealed the deal for me. It’s incredible to be able to control everything through the app and even use my phone as a key. Plus, the suspension makes for an ultra-smooth ride, which is a huge bonus.

I can only imagine how fun a ride with this scooter will be! 32MPH 45 miles max of range and fast charging. This thing looks like a BEAST! And not only that but it’s the small features that it comes with too, integrated GPS and directions and NOTIFICATIONS! I am so exited to get this scooter.
