We want you to love your Segway scooter, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Our Refund & Return Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to understand.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most products, provided the following conditions are met:

The scooter is unused and in original condition.

It must be returned in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and parts.

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email).
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@segway-scooters.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
2. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We’re not responsible for items lost during return transit.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing parts, a restocking fee (up to 20%) may apply or the return may be denied.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Used scooters or scooters showing signs of wear.

Final sale or clearance items.

Gift cards.

Any scooter returned after the 14-day window without prior authorization.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly exchange it for the same model at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for prompt assistance.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it must be treated as a return.
