At Segway-Scooters, we’re committed to delivering your new ride quickly, safely, and affordably. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will arrive.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is processed and another email with tracking information once it ships.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options across the U.S.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or location.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).

If you don’t receive your tracking number within 48 hours of ordering, please contact us at [insert email].


4. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam).

If you’re located outside the U.S. and are interested in a purchase, feel free to contact us for updates on future availability.


5. In-Store Pickup (if applicable)

If you’re local, you may choose Free In-Store Pickup at checkout.

  • Pickup is usually available within 24 hours.

  • We’ll email or call you when your order is ready.


6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all:

  • Please report the issue within 3 days of delivery.

  • For damaged items, include photos of the packaging and product.

  • We’ll work with the carrier and get a replacement or refund processed as quickly as possible.
